If you're not satisfied with your Landzaya report for any reason, request a full refund within 30 days of purchase — no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Payments are processed directly via Safaricom M-PESA (Lipa Na M-PESA Online). To request a refund:
  1. Email us via the contact page with the M-PESA reference from your confirmation SMS.
  2. We'll verify the transaction and initiate a reversal to the same M-PESA number.

Processing time

Approved M-PESA refunds usually settle back to your phone within 1–3 business days.

What's eligible

All one-off report purchases and report 3-packs are eligible within the 30-day window. Used pack credits are refundable on a pro-rata basis — unused credits refund in full.

Chargebacks

If you believe a charge was unauthorised, please contact us first — we resolve most issues within 24 hours and a refund is faster than a chargeback.
